Sun Valley City Council Approves Canine for Feline Hostage Exchange
Today the Sun Valley City Council voted unanimously that it would sacrifice the town's stronghold of small yippee punter dogs in exchange for a stay of terror from local cougars. In the draft plan any dog small enough to fit in a Louis Vitton handbag sporting a coiffure slightly more expensive than a week of food for a family of four would be offered up to said felines without any questions asked; of the cougars or the cougars who own the small canines.
While it has been widely accepted throughout much of the community one distraught woman was quoted as saying, "I'm just so confused, most of my cougar friends would never hurt anything unless there wasn't a prenup, in which case we all know is grounds for a free for all."
